The maintenance is successfully completed and Storm Iver environment is ready for peak season. The work was completed in shorter time than expected and the downtime was limited to the period between 00:08-00:16 CET. All services with traffic is online and running normally. The Legacy service Connect 3.0 is still affected though but will be recovered in the morning.

To prepare for the peak season, Norce [Storm] will undergo database maintenance during the night between 2024-10-22 - 2024-10-23. This affects customers connecting to the older URL:s [api|connect|query].storm.io on the Iver environment.
Norce [Storm] services will be unavailable parts of or the whole period between 01:00 CET and 03:00 CET. During the period between 00:00-01:00 and 03:00-06:00 there might be minor disturbances or reduced performance.
We will communicate through this statuspage on progress and expected unavailability during the maintenance window.
